Hopefully the magnitude of the unfolding ecological disaster in the Gulf of Mexico will encourage people to start looking and planning for a future that utilizes clean energy. That's really all that is being asked here. Nothing radical, nothing crazy. Just some long term and sensible planning with an eye on sustainabilty. The decency and common sense to not poison the air we breathe, the water we drink and the land and oceans from where we get our sustenance.
